Car Rental Policy*

1. Rental Requirements and Eligibility

– To rent a vehicle from Rent The Best, renters must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid UAE driver’s license or an international driving permit (IDP). Renters must provide a valid passport or Emirates ID for identification.

2. Booking and Reservation

– Reservations can be made online or in-person at our rental office.
– A reservation deposit may be required to secure a booking.
– We reserve the right to cancel reservations if the renter does not meet the eligibility requirements or fails to provide necessary documents.

3. Rental Rates and Payment

– Rental rates are subject to change and may vary depending on the type of vehicle and rental duration.

– Security deposits are required and will be refunded after 21 days upon the return of the vehicle, subject to inspection.

4. Vehicle Pickup and Return

5. Insurance and Coverage

5. All our cars have full insurance but if you have a accident and it’s your fault and police give you red paper then there is a excess to pay , if you have a accident and it’s not your fault you get a green paper from police then you pay zero!

*7. Fuel Policy*

– Vehicles are rented with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with a full tank. A refuelling charge will apply if the tank is not full upon return.

*8. Mileage and Usage*

– Rental rates include a limited mileage allowance per day. Excess mileage may incur additional charges.
– Vehicles must not be used for off-road or racing purposes.

9. No Smoking

 Smoking of any kind, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vape devices, is strictly prohibited inside any of our rental vehicles.

Fine for Smoking: A penalty of 2000 AED will be imposed for any violation of the no-smoking policy. This fine will be charged to the renter’s payment method on file in the event of smoking inside the vehicle.

10. Maintenance and Repairs*

– Routine maintenance and minor repairs are covered by Rent The Best.
– Renters must report any accidents, breakdowns, or damage promptly.

11. Traffic Violations

– Renters are responsible for all traffic fines and violations incurred during the rental period.

12. Cancellation and Refund Policy

– Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period.
– Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.

13. Vehicle Returns

– Vehicles should be returned in the same condition as rented.
– A return inspection will be conducted to assess any damage.
– In the event of a lost car key, the renter is responsible and must pay the actual cost for the replacement key. Even if Rent the Best has a spare key, the renter is still required to cover the cost of the key.

14. Personal Belongings

– Rent The Best is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the rented vehicle.

15. Dispute Resolution

– Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with UAE law.

16. Amendments to Policy

– Rent The Best reserves the right to amend this policy as needed.
